Heroes

A hero is someone who finds themselves in the wrong place at the right time and chooses to remain.

Trees are the quietest warriors. Rooted in the earth, reaching for the sky, they spend their lives giving shelter, breath, and balance.

When the fire comes, they do not run. They remind us that true courage is not always found in victory, but in protecting what matters until the end.

Maybe being a hero means the same for us: to stand where we are needed, to protect what cannot protect itself, and to leave the world stronger than we found it.
